  • Lists of Skilled Occupation: This should fit within a listed on the Short-term Skilled Occupation list (STSOL), Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL), or Regional Occupation Lists (ROL), depending on the State or Territory.
  • Eligibility Standards: You should fulfill the State's eligibility standards for age, English skills, and skills assessment.
  • Processing Times: The Subclass 190 has similar processing times to Subclass 189 of 6-12 months.
