A Singer ANZSCO 211214 is a professional who sings and entertains audiences by singing. They sign and perform solo, groups or duet on stage, studio, ensemble for live performances and recordings. They are responsible for intense daily rehearsal, explaining music scores to add dramatic and personal vocal expression and making recordings for business distribution. Their duties also involve collaboration with wide agents, producers and other musicians to develop materials and performances. Their main goal is to entertain the audience by performing songs live, on television and radio, or recording songs in studios.
They are also responsible for maintaining and managing their vocal health and developing a unique artistic style. A Singer can work in many field including orchestra, conductors, producers, band or other musical group. To work under this occupation as a singer you will be required to fulfil certain criteria and an AQF Bachelor degree or higher.
