Australian Visa Options for a Conveyancer

No matter the visa subclass, in most cases, you have to satisfy the following key requirements: In the case of points-tested visas, you must be less than 45 years of age when you get an invitation. You also have to receive a positive skilled assessment with the relevant assessing authority, in this case, VETASSESS. Skilled migration visas do need you to demonstrate a competent level of English (IELTS 6.0 or a corresponding level in every band). In the case of points-tested visas (subclasses 189, 190, and 491), one requires a minimum of 65 points but because of intense competition, a significantly higher point is usually needed to be invited. Moreover, you have to meet the health and character standards of the Department of Home Affairs.
